Salary always in time never delayed. Management trying to create system for project execution.

...wer for financial decesion to expedite the project progress. Strict office time. Less leave and salary calculation is perday wise.

...rom electrical sector so no chance of any person attaining any significant role. Average salary is 20 K. Quality and HR dept is close to non existent. NO INCREMENTS were given to any employee during my tenure of 1 year and 9 months. No Parental Leaves. There are so much mess in this company culture it's better to look elsewhere. No medical insurance from company. No canteen or cafeteria, only tea is available. No Internet, No email access to outside mails. MS office is not used, some other softwares are used as an alternate which have limited to no use. No internal or external trainings. Department responsibilities are really messed up, Purchase is responsible for Food and Hotel Booking for guests instead of HR and also for dispatch which should be under Sales Department. P&A department does not exist. Remote location installation and construction realted activities are full of corruption, I see 1-2 person fired every 4 month or so due to this.

Timely salary and pressure free atmosphere

Dislikes

No power technical, financial and administrative. Appraisals very poor. Leave too less wrt to industry standards. 6 days week working hours - not as per corporate standards.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good & timely salary hike and bonus every year.

Company policy of Leave is not good.

-Management Approvals are in order of requisition. -Management is Prompt responsive. - No discouraging comments ever made by Top management .

Dislikes

-Leaves /Holidays are less as compared to other nearby companies. -Business development domain is weak inspite of good financial backup/ and market value.
