Salary and appraisal on time.Many things to learn for Engineer level employees.

Sr. employess (20-30 years experience) will not listen to you even if you are right. There are groups of these employees. These persons politics affect some times.

Work environment is not good. Teammates are not supportive and management is very poor. Company policies and appraisals are not fair. No scope of growth and also there is gender discrimination.

There is a lot of politics and management is just blind to your issues. Salary is not sufficient and no growth opportunity.

... the deserving employees with proven track record and showing great performance. Promotions, Salary & perks are good. Working here in Kangaro is a great fantastic learning experience. Very co-cordial working culture. Excellent export to Asian, Gulf and European countries.

About dislikes nothing more to say but an employee should work with sincerity, honestly and diligently with no dirty politics in mind. Sense of responsibility and accountability with new innovations are always welcomed and rewarded.

The company is all about stationary product and i am auto mobile lover that is why my exp. is in average, if someone like brand so its a better option.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.
