Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). The company is all about stationary product and i am auto mobile lover that is why my exp. is in average, if someone like brand so its a better option.

Work environment is not good. Teammates are not supportive and management is very poor. Company policies and appraisals are not fair. No scope of growth and also there is gender discrimination.
