Work environment is not good. Teammates are not supportive and management is very poor. Company policies and appraisals are not fair. No scope of growth and also there is gender discrimination.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management is just blind to your issues. Salary is not sufficient and no growth opportunity.

The company is all about stationary product and i am auto mobile lover that is why my exp. is in average, if someone like brand so its a better option.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.
