The work culture is very bad , The manegement beleave some few favourite old employees, No proper management system work in a systematic way. Here you cannot do anything as per your work experience .There are some favorite employees of the management who do very dirty politics And the management also blindly trusts them. Here a very good politics is found in the name of team coordination and a show of work is done and in the name of coordination there is nothing here.
