Office timing 8 am to 8 pm, It's mean 12 hour. Salary provide after 3 months. After joining, management will take your passport. There is not job security. Company does not give any holiday except Sunday in 12 months.

Likes

It is horrible. Shifts go on for 14-16 hrs with no weekend holidays. No annual leaves, no salaries stretching to 4 to 5 months. Passports are withheld - for expatriates it is worse than prison.

Everything is terrible. No planning, no R&R, working hrs are going to 14/16 hrs, no salary for 4/5 months, Passport withheld and no job security - just hire and fire.

Likes

Food prepared and supplied for immigrants was good. Local currency provided monthly to immigrants was in order.

...ants forced to stay well beyond working hour's every day. No weekly holidays. Salary was held up for 3 months and then also not paid in full. Immigrants fired unnecessarily and sent back with paying their dues.

A very poor accomodation facility,poor work system. Even company working on large scale but still they are living in old system and instead of changes in their work they would like to change the person who want to change the work system. Too stressed environment in each and everywhere you can't even sleep calmly. MY SUGGESTION IS DON'T GO IF THEY ARE OFFERING YOU EVEN A GOOD AMOUNT.

The company gives exposure as well as opportunities to meet the challenges, management is always motivating and positive. A really friendly and flexible work culture That lets one to learn as much as possible. Perks provided are also appreciable. Regular and compulsory Tests for covid19 as wel as protective measures ensure safety of all staff, workers and expats. A company worth to work for.
