Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Kandla port is big port in india. There do a job my life's beautiful experience in it. I was so lucky they give me a chance to do the job in kandla port. Thanks a lot kandla port .CME . & There all electrical staffs.

becouse kandla port has govt .of india body and major port of india

i dislike becouse kandla is very distance from native place and not any air facilities only one weekly train from kandla and in govt.sector promotion give seniority basis no value for qualification only having influence then do any things .so i dislike

it was a training period very first after my studies- so i was new for any shop floor / field work. i enjoyed working as it was totally different that student life.

Dislikes

nothing as such it was one year apprentice training , so i completed that.
