...management is transparent. There is no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is no job security. Owner use slangs to all employees. Have not additional benifits Like PF, EL,CL etc. There is like no work no pay system.
