Best startup place for freshers. Management gives equal opportunity to everyone so that everyone can grow equally. Friendly culture , politics free environment & a lot of things to learn which further helps in growth

Salary structure is not good & some people interfere a lot in others personal life. They always want to know what is going in someone’s life.

Only good thing is that your salary comes before 7 or 8th of month.

Poor work culture, Politics, Blame game, no appreciation for hard working employees, they don't pay you overtime within time, poor food facilities and most importantly they even change your career i.e. if you are technical student they will put you in quality department which is fair enough for ruining your career. So person can't leave or switch job for his personal career growth. Mastermind of all these is Mr. DSC. They are just like running local beverage plant in name of Coca Cola. They make you work extra outside other than mentioned in your KRA.
