...totally scam no guidance no team work, few people but work environment is toxic. They have many reasons for holding your salary. Materials for office purpose have to buy by own money.

Company is good in terms of security. Time to time salary giving that is plus point. Management is slow in terms of profetional proposals. Some people are creating gaps for smooth coordination. Over all good one for experience but not good for promotion or seniority after 1 to 2 years working span.

Feedback redressal, lack of genuine professionalism in a private organisation, messed up management roles, being so showy in the start and later getting to know the reality while working here that they'll make you literally cry and leave the organisation on our own.

Very flexible work environment nd relaxed atmosphere. Cooperative colleagues and seniors.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no proper PL as per company norms,very less festival holidays. 6 days nd 9 hours make it very taxing.
