Nothing To Like Everything is worst

...they will fire you without hesitation sometimes you'll get abuse by management.. if you do any mistakes Manager deduct salary of 2/5 days salary.Managent will treat you like insects there's no job security for anyone, They will tell you office time is 11 to 8 for nightshift but still night team has to work till 10 or 11 each day but there's no appraisal or special perks

An enjoyable environment with the youth of our age. No such work pressure. Friendly management team.

Dislikes

Company do not provide Salary on time. Salary issues is the main reasom to not be there. 3 months Salary lag of every employee. They do not consider employees personal problem. Company is in a great loss since years n still no salary on time.

Lenient rules, activities, annual sports events, occasional celebrations( diwali, christmas).

Dislikes

Poor growth, no compensations and incentives as well as no overtimes are paid. Least promotions. Favouritism.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
