Back Office Team like Office Boys and Drivers should get a proper raise and bonus. As office boys are pillar of every organisation and they work very hard

Alone some technical thing that I never used on site just like using off curing compound there is a different type of structure by the consultant day night work is also a new thing for me another day in the coordination with the connect engineer that's also good in work and helpful

It's very good to work with kanakia I'm working with the contractor the crul builtworth yes there is so much difficulty I have face on site 24 hours some time 12 hours 10 hours never disappoint we are achieve many more to target which gives by the GM and it's good experience

Company removed me at pandemic time as I was in probation I had 7 days notice period. How that is possible for any employee to find a new job. Worked for 10 months in kanakia this is my shortest job tenure in any company.

The work pressure is very high something, I have to work 11-13 hours straight ina day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night, managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of time, I do received appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go I noticed during my mid year appraisals, also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain something
