There is nothing to learn new things. Company applies change immediately without giving time. No growth opportunities. Very poor management. Always ignores bottom level employees

Dislikes

No job security. Asks for Gross salary for not to serve notice period. Awkward working hours 10 to 7 Doesn't follow their own rules and policies Forced to work on Sunday without pay Nothing to learn new things No appreciation at all. There is lot more negative things.
