I have been working in Kansoftware for 6+ year and had a amazing experience. Leaders in the company had trusted us with the work and they let us work and develop ourselves on our own pace but timelines are also important.

There is not much to say about cons. one thing is that sometimes we are expected to meet unrealistic deadline but which is fine for me because its a challenge for me. more or less I enjoy working here
