There is nothing good about this company it is one of the worst organization in the world. This company is set where these people had lot of money to start but no sense to continue it. Where they dont have ability to grow their business and also employee satisfaction. There is nothing to like about in this stupid organization, utter waste company it is. This has thaught me nothing bcoz of them i m not able to get job in outside. It is my humble request please don't join here. In this covid also we where told to come office just imagine where whole world has been instructed for Work from home they were calling us for office. I wanted to salute them (sarcastic). They don't know anything they just got some money and started with this business which they don't know how to run them. They will always try to find the ways to cut your salary which you get once in 4 months. Except galli and Salary cuts you won't find anything else here.

...ou wont then they will start use those false language which is their etiquettes. They don't pay salary on time you will get 1 month salary on your 4 month. Please don't join here we have wasted our 365+ days overe here where we couldn't learn anything. And we where forced to leave the organisation at last. The Head HR is ganwar and worst hr as he is one of the family friend. They adopt criminals where they have many criminals in their organisation. This organisation needs help please help them and provide some brain for how to run the organisation. Some people are good here and to those people they fire them. 6 year experience people in same organization they have fired within seconds.

No support given in any aspect. Joining here is like flushing down your hard earned degree/post graduation qualifications. No job security; they tend to fire loyal employee's who had been working more than 6 years. Forget about culture,policies,they don't even exist.

Dislikes

No salary on time. Salary is given once in 4 months. No career growth. No employee engagement. No HR policies. They dont respect your hard earned degree otayleast the designation.

The things i like in kamineni hospitals are maintaining a good compatibility and understanding nature with the employees and hospitality provided will be appreciated every time. Work allotment and appraisals are much soothing and relaxing after the work stress. Thank you

There is nothing a point of notice in the institute to be disliked..it would be better if the pay scale would be better according to their work nd service to the institute the pay scale should be eventually get a hike.. apart from this..there is no way a flaw in the organisation. Thank you.

Nothing to like about here..They will never pay u on time..lag of atleast 3 months..they will exploit u like anything..work wherever nd whenever possible.. pathetic management

Their salary structure is horrible. Worst hr department service. They didn't pay salary on time. Work load is more. In duty roaster changes in the end of the month sometimes they cut your salary. And i don't like one thing there Basically I worked in the pharmacy department in night duty they appoint only one member for Whole night in Op and ip pharmacy and ip pharmacy person should also handle operation theatre pharmacy as well as ip pharmacy alone in night. They Should change this rule atleast 2 members they should appoint in each pharmacy. I didn't seen like this in night duty in any other Big hospital like kamineni.
