The present Director is good Mr Joy. But unfortunately he had no much powers to act upon as the system was run by Sabina.

The managers Ayesha, Renee, & Shrutika and the ex director Sabina do not know how to manage the Employee under them. There is too much of favoritism. The do not take action one the wrong do's but the action is taken on the once who speak out that something is wrong.

No career growth No job security No HR laws followed No employee benefits Not a good place to start career if you are highly educated. Company should clerify the job description before hiring the freshers who wants to start their career as it is more of a call center and customer service than HR job!
