Things have changed and now lot of politics, the bosses creating divisions within internal team, leading to toxic environment, Lack of Career Growth & Job security. In past increment were on time but now that's no longer the case.

I have worst experience with my new store manager Reason to bohat sare hai unke aane ke bad bohat logo ne resing kiya but company ne kabhi question nahi kiya ke store manager change hone ke bad itne logo ne resing q kiya almost 10 people's resing
