Nothing is good in company. Everything is in bad condition. Mainly salary issue in every month. I got Jan 2019 salary on 22 mar 2019. Feb salary on 22 may 2019. And March & April salary pending in company.

Don’t have much to say . Please risk on ur career as company has no funds and most important lacks vision

Work culture . People are illtreated . Salary is always late and final settlement takes years even for people at low salary . Their house runs on small amount and owner needs to respect it

Initially, the atmosphere was good, there was lot of challenges in terms market development, learning was there.

Dislikes

No proper management, CEO is not capable, he only gives power to female colligue and let them handle the organisation. Many good people left due to this. Brand has potential but due to improper management and vision it is not surviving, thanks to CEO who is not able to identify right people who were leaving or forced to leave the organisation.

Free Meal ,tea , staff and managers are good ,no worries about salary

For contract based or third party joined candidates do not have a career growth in organization and no job securtiy but of u joined directly on company payroll so there will be a good growth .

Other side of Owner Driven company, Sales (Money) remains TOP priority instead of best ethics or practices with which all employee talent and effort can be utilized at its maximum. People ends up doing data entry work rather than doing smart work using expertise.
