... life balance. If u join then you will forget to give the time to u r family. Salary is too much less than the as per the working hours. Late close branch many time u will close it 9 to 10 pm late coming. If any female member not give the emi then senior will ask to u and your staff kindly seat their still she can not pay emi.... Even after late night in 10 pm or after. Please don't join this, if u r graduate then please u away from this company. Nothing to hike senior management got their salary hike but middle man nothing to like.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
