Hr department is not very efficient. TravellingAllowances and other allowances are not paid on time. Salry is also depayed.

Being working in this is a friendly experience. All the teammates including managers and coordinator are very friendly,and they doesn't never pull our legs at any situation.previous worked in the same company as installation engineer and now as ESPD Engineer. Career growth is good. Learned a lot about my job responsibilities and new technologies at present. sometimes need to travel for other branches, for some specific projects.

Being a upraising company salary and appraisal is little low.

If your are a married young woman this company will not provide opportunity for you. The md is asking unwanted questions about personal life. This company doesn't want to provide any maternity leaves. Shame on this managing director and his regressive thought.
