Rampant politics at every level. The owners have a few favorites and all Good opportunities are just passed on to them. Same people stuck at the same jobs since years and aren’t moving/growing, hence no out of the box thinking or new initiatives. People are stuck in 2015 and are least bothered to move with the times. Will give it a 4/10 only because of a good work life balance & a good HoD.

Working with kama Ayurveda was one of the best decssion we get to learn lots of new things work culture is absolutely amazing.. If I ever get to work with Kama again without any second thoughts I will join back again

You get appreciation from few people when you perform well! It can be fun at times....1outof5times!! Also, If you know how to please your boss and their superior.....you will have a great time here! The only good thing that van happen here is your sheer good luck and if you have good colleagues

0%Professionalism. It's like a "ghar ki dukan" The politics and poor management is really really saddening! The H.O has an upper hand and is treated with great courtesy whereas the sales staff is very poorly treated!! Very poor staffing and team management. Shift hours can extend without any prior notice! Very very very poor management!!

As the reporting manager was lazy he made us do all his work .. we became confident on store operations

They r communal.. hav a groupism.. no respect given to juniors .. seniors make beauty advisors to fo all their store operations work but never give them the promotion .. one can grow, no leave,no balance working.. they force u to resign indirectly to maintain P&L... employees doesn't last long here... untill n unless old dominating trainers n clusters/regional managers are removed no besuty advisor can last long or work peacefully

Every profession depends on your behaviour if you are good you will get growth if you just came for complete you woking hours that company will always make you fell demotivated
