Toxic work culture. No policy. Employees are threatened if the company gets poor review. There was an incident in which 1 employee left the company and after few days they receive worst comments on glassdoor. They blamed that employee without any proof and threatened that they will find out the name and then spoil the career of that person. Also made several personal comments on each employee. There is a stringent growth environment here, conditional to blarney and a neutrality-stance to the higher-ups' self-aggrandizement. The fact is that it is a harsh and unfair working system, peppered with job-threats and employee-mismanagement.

If there was an option for a rating lower than 1, the organisation would achieve that distinction. The organisation has many core value propositions like growth consulting, digital transformation, sales lead agency, website design, digital marketing, M&A advisor, and so on. The headcount of the organisation is about 2 associates / analysts / associates. The website has fake information with many principal consultants and associates who are not on their payroll. The company falsely advertises International clients and assignments that are not part of their portfolio. In the contemporary world, the organisation culture constitutes job threats, micromanagement, use of expletives, leave cuts in case of delays, absence of empathy during times of COVID (employees have been asked to skip COVID vaccine slots to attend meetings), delays in payment of salaries. Local travel expenses for company work to be borne by employees. The organisation culture is shaped up by the arrogant and inept CEO. The toxic environment takes a toll on your health, and intellect.
