There is nothing to like, any policy culture etc. This is old thinking unit, excluding from bharat forge. Some people might confuse between bharat and Kalyani forge and join this company. But before taking joining decision please read this review. I do not recommend anyone to join this company at all. This is like working in government company. There are no any company vision, goal. Strategic planning. Management only looking to run company wheather it gives loss or profit. No one seen in depth They have all resources like machines, infrastructure, good orders , good employees to do business but unethical behaviour of some person of management will not work. They only want to close the plant including CMD. Which I feel during my tenure. I surprised when they keep plant off due to no raw material. They brought raw material for only 10-15 days. So there r no any guarantees to employee have work for whole month

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also less & career growth is also slow.

Management has no any future path. Terrible work culture, salary not on time, no care for employees. Zero benefits towards employees. No job security, zero compensation as well as appreciation

1) no career path/Growth 2) Salary not on time 3) no any clearance after resign, payment hold 4) salary can hold if any issue 5) zero facilities 6) Old thinking management 7) Technology not innovative

As company is growing you get to learn new skills.But there is definitely no job satisfaction

...ecurity.Everthing u do is by owners wish only.Culture is tremendously dangerous.there is no appraisal nd also no consistency in salary.
