i like the design of ornaments. so many benefits for staff like medical coverage, staff discount and finally the salary is good for us.

Fast of all the billing process is lengthy. working hour is too much their is no break in between duty time.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow . The work pressure is quite high . Generally working timing around 12 hours . mostly uppar level management are not good in managing the company and how to make staff happy
