Dislikes

Avoiding employee opinion when taking decision about any issue related to employee. Management wants employee who can buttering nicely instead their work with dedication. Transparency missing in Appraisal cycle, Only PM review matters nothing like transparent or review based on work done, Causing many time PM degrading the rating for his personal intention. And even employee can lost their job, And no body will listen upto top management.

Kptl higer management is very poor skills and culture is very political surrounding no growth,no bonus,no skill development,no buddy appreciate your skill and your work ,each and everyone is sailfish employees totally.
