Organization is too good but site in-charges spoiling the company without giving any leaves for employees and they expect only updates and photos (bucket employees)not the hard working employees

Good enviorment and timely payments

Compensation is decent but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high. Everyday we have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day as l have to attend client calls in the evening and some time late in to the night..I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go in noticed during my mid- year appraisals .and after all transfer.

Site facilities provided to employees are comparatively poor. Company did not keep the promises given to us while recruiting. Work life balance is very poor and career growth was there but financial growth was not there.

The work pressure was very high. There is no time limit for work. Compensation is less.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was a part of the team which come from various culture, we worked hard to achieve the goal as a team.Team work helped to achieve the goal in a set time.

My job was on contract basis.Compensation is decent. I do receive appreciation from my client which go unnoticed during appraisals.
