It's a political hub in EPC sector. No motivation, no growth and no challange in work except to save yourself from politics and be in good books.

...deas, innovation and its implementation. Good Training facilities and standards. On time Salary and good appraisals. Good Learning opportunity.

Dislikes

Poor job security and employee retention. poor work-life balance. SOPs are on paper. Most of the time is wasted in communication as sense of ownership among employees is very low.

Seniors are very helpful , there is sense of security as company guidelines are not that strict ., You can easily get in touch any time any of Senior bosses .

Dislikes

Nothing much to learn for qualified person , Salary is average for freshers , Un structured work environment , Not a good to start carrier in finance , You have to make your own profile .However exp 7-10 Yrs guys are paid good .

There are two divisions (a)-Power distribution & transmission B) oil & gas construction railways is added to this later. The main business 85 to 90% comes through (a)/power transmission.work culture & salaries are good in that division But the work culture and even salaries are poor in oil & gas division because of one person ,the CEO. The turnover is very high in that .only the chamchas of the CEO get all benefits. management knows but they can't do anything because there is second person.management tried but failed.

Dislikes

Workibg hours are too long.responsibilities are very high and salary does not commensurate with responsibility. There is no pay structure in oil & gas division.

Only one thing is there good which is salary timing salary credited in account 1 or 2 date's eveymoth.

Dislikes

There is no HR policy to retain the staffs no any credentials for increment or appraisal. Very toxicity culture
