I am totally enjoying with work in any sistuation at site or office.

Salary increment issues because i am working in our organisation from 7 years but i did't getting self satisfaction salary & i doing 2 or 3 projects at a time but i did't get sufficient allowances.

Timely disbursement of salary and mess and guest house facilities are what that I like in Jmc.

Dislikes

Management overbearing attitude towards junior staff ,favouritism in facilities and appraisals ,senior staff sometimes behaves like they are owner of the company and junior staff draws theirs salary from former account. All these things kills innovation and self judgment. Stay at site long hours is preferred instead of get job done quickly and devote one self's some time in family .

Only one thing is there good which is salary timing salary credited in account 1 or 2 date's eveymoth.

Dislikes

There is no HR policy to retain the staffs no any credentials for increment or appraisal. Very toxicity culture

Ontime salary,every year increament on time.

Dislikes

Long working hours,no work life balance.. Once your rating is low then always it will be low only not considering your performance every year. Min 12hrs/day working on daily basis.
