There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary, Being A Chartered Accountant Salary Is Not At Par With Industry Standard. But I Will Not Say It Is Low. It Is OK Ok

Seniors are very helpful , there is sense of security as company guidelines are not that strict ., You can easily get in touch any time any of Senior bosses .

Nothing much to learn for qualified person , Salary is average for freshers , Un structured work environment , Not a good to start carrier in finance , You have to make your own profile .However exp 7-10 Yrs guys are paid good .

...tful for their employees or worker even company has poor condition of work......still they support their employees and provide salary time to time.... And jmc is very promising to their client....and worked properly with rules and safety..... Overall jmc is very beloved work place for me.... I wish to work with jmc again when my course is complete......thank you.....

There's nothing huge to dislike...but only things that is some admin(site office admin) beheviour too much rude and this particular person don't conveyed employees problem to the upper level administration....

Only one thing is there good which is salary timing salary credited in account 1 or 2 date's eveymoth.

There is no HR policy to retain the staffs no any credentials for increment or appraisal. Very toxicity culture
