Working environment is very good. Seniors support is prompt if any issue comes. Work load is high but it is executed well with motivated colleagues and teamwork. Also because workload is high, growth opportunities are also high.

Good NPD work. Opportunity to Interact with Many Top Indian Companies as they are customers. Company Management is setting challenging targets and it is also giving training on Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Online Teams. Good ERP system like SAP is training given. 800 ton and High Tonnage PDC machines are the next growth phase.

The die casting factory is little congested but now i heard they have opened new factory so i think the problem will solve. 800 Ton machine is newly inducted.
