There is nothing to like about this company.

Terrible the first thing first No job security and 0% to 5% of appraisal. If any case or situation there is no WFH option at all, directly comes under your loss of pay. No space to eat food. Only 30min of lunch break no other break. Six days of working. The most wasteful part is that there only 8 or 9 days of festive holidays in calendar year.

...ves during probation and post that only 21 leaves granted including sick leaves. Incentives are very less other organisation paying good incentives and salary on time.

All the employees are good, v well organised, salary on time, get every year appraisel, lot of things to learn, work life is also v good, positive environment, hardly politics, fixed office timings.

Less paid leaves, no sick leaves.

The incentives are good but not that great

Dislikes

Poor work culture. Incentive structure changes every month and they keep deducting incentives without proper information. You do not get paid enough as you work. Managers and TLs are not co-operative . Ego and Jealousy within the team leads to negative work culture

If you are joining this company then plz check reviews For 15 days I didn't get any work from my boss he listen only old employees. Take review for new staff from old employees Without giving any work they put you on PIP. And say you are not capable to complete work Hr is double dhokli. At the time of joining they tell you they want good employees they want to make their business on corporate level But there is nothing like corporate
