I don't find any dislikes in my work experience here except salary package . Before I join this institution I used to get salary of 43 thousand net salary but I am only getting 16 thousand net salary here . Which is very less . I was no choice to because I was eagerly interested to work for organisation so I joined this organisation but For me it so hard to manage my family in Bhubaneswar with this salary now . I am hoping for best and doing my best for the company ❣️ . Please look into my problem , i will be very gladful to you . Thank you

Lots of old senior staff having 0 knowledge 0 skill in IT paying high salary doing nothing. Increment and LOP AND appraisal ALL THE MARKING SECTION decid THROUGH SENIOR. Junior or fresher candidate won't be exist in this rule. Lots of partiality in IT DEPARTMENT

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
