They're still allowing work from home. Makes sure quality of the work always remain high. Great place to work for a software developers as main focus will be building the product and learning new technologies. They recognise the good performance and reward them.

They can easily offer higher salary but for some reason they don't although they maintain the market standard. They should hire more people as there is lot of work.

This is for Indian offices. This is not well managed company. Some key people in management who has lot of Authority are scarcity minded inferiority complex people. Don't know how much messed up their life is but they are sadistic narcissist. Lot of ragging, bullying exists. Don't know what kind of environment these people grew up in but is responsible for existence of toxic environment. These people feel threatened when they are proven wrong. Dismisses , belittles, gets defensive, attacks people who are better than them. They only like surrounding themselves with yes people. They only want yes people and hates people who challenge them. TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Complete lack of accountability for mistreating external consultants by at every level even though complaints were brought to the attention of ALL relevant authorities.

#HR# Githa Just designation is HR but her KRA is to spoil the reputation of female employee (who are good position in origination)with some dirty rumors there many girls left the company just get out of this shit
