...comes unstable they may ask you to resign as well unless you become permanent. Salary: They will cut your salary due to desklight software which captures your active time/session time/productivity time. Kale logistics measures the productivity just by this ridiculous way. My salary was almost 50% cut due to the productivity report. Recommendations: Not At All Recommended from my side

Specifically Data Entry ( Support Executive) - Too much politics. - Every one in this office have 8:30 hours duty but for Data Entry ( Support Executive) 9 hours duty. - Also in HRMS application (which is related to attendance and leaves) you have to mention 8:30 hours instead of 9 hours and your going to work for 9 hours if you leave and punch before 9 hours half day is declare. This is also too much. - Monday to Saturday working i.e 6 day working, where as other employees of the same company is only for 5 day working. - No Equal opportunity. - Partiality level is too much. - If you joing this particular team in this company you realise where you standing. Very disappointing. - Treating like slave. - No enjoyment like annual party of the company, Any function like diwali and any other function your not going to allow to participate any function and games, active in the company. - Even government declare public holiday for voting day which done in 2024 on this everyone get full day holiday and if some work on this day they get Comepsentory off ( Com. Off) and for this particular team only 2 hr for voting is given no compensatory off, no any benifit. Very worst company I ever seen. - No over time. - For this particular team public holiday working is compulsory. And Comepenatory off ( Com. Off) of this day given after 3 to 6 month. Even in company policy it's clearly mentioned that Comepnstatory off ( Com. Off) is expire after 60 day. - Company Holiday is given to only other employees of this company not this particular team. And for this particular team custom holiday is given. Which is totally different from company holiday as per there HRMS application. - So don't go for this particular team.

...erms of their performance. I observed many employees left job because of this. 3) Salary structure and HR department is not good. I have fully doubt on HR department that they are doing some corruption.

Benefits - You will get mediclaim, office set-up is very attractive, hire freshers, dedicated cafeteria area, 10 minutes from thane station, good opportunity for freshers who are searching jobs, CMMI3 process driven, product based company, work from home facility (only when lockdown).

Dislikes

Cons - No appraisals, No salary hike, Less Salary, Always hire freshers, No Growth Opportunity, Stressful work and need to work for 12-14 hours a day. For 1st one year need to work on Saturday as well.

No team building fun activities within PMO But other teams are very active and the HR team organises quite some events
