...edge. They always put too much of work and make too much of stress and pressure. No proper salary, no increment and no promotion. Management never care about employees. Here only commitee work u have to carry out from morning to night without rest. There will be no time to prepare for class.. More partiality and politics only u can see. Anyhow after reading this comment u joined here means u r only unlucky person in the world. Even u can't alive for writing ur review.

Everything were likes until the arrival of the new VC in the fall of 2018.

The University under the new VC 2018 to 2022 1. Salary not on date 2. Monitoring committee will keep searching for reasons to issue memo to the faculty. It's not enough that you just deliver 80% or even 90% results. 3. Saturdays compensated for any Govt. holidays that occurred during theworking days. 4. Faculty forced to submit papers for the conference organized by the University. Submission fees of 2,500/- per paper was also forcefully collected from the faculty. 5. 200 slides per unit were asked to be prepared for online classes during the covid lockdown. 6. HODs were asked to engage all the free periods in the faculty's timetable. 7. Special classes were organized from 8 pm to 10:30 pm (under the inspection of monitoring committee). 8. Registrar said "we will grill the faculty to the core. Those who will sustain will be retained and the others will be fired".
