Company culture is very good in vijayawada stores department.v good in job security.i dont know about appraisals because i have only 11 months experience in that department.especially my manager miriyam.venkateswar sir organized the vijayawada department in a special way that too having employee satisfactiory manner. Thats why i like very much to do job in kalajalj vinayawada stores.
