This is my first comoany I joined after my Degree. This is the base for my future growth. Work environment is good but not systematic .For the words its n ISO comoany but !!!!!! For the new comers this company is best for learn practically and apply practical. This is the Manufacturing comoany , own fabrication (CNC,laser,bending), own powder coting also they assemble Kirlosker Genset and a control panel department . Employees are good and helping nature.

Know one work for quality, due no quality person works more than 1yrs. And the fill the quality with freshers. Know one respect quality person reason they are fresh,and seniors need good quality from them. How the new comers give the quality they even not know the responsibility.No training given to them.( I work for CP panel Production Dpt. ) " Chalta Hai " is the comman word :)
