Kajaria plywood is the division of Kajaria Ceramics. Though Ceramic division is top in its segment, Ply division of Kajaria Doesn't have a plant, quality standards, or work culture. If a person can please the Top management he can sustain in the company. They do not recognise senior people and terminate without any reasons. Huge employee turnover in Kajaria Ply division. None of the dealers are happy with their service. The owner itself involving in day today activities which is the most pathetic situation. No value for anyone in the company. Laminate, plywood, and liner laminates are the major products of the company but not having any plants of itsown.

No work culture No Quality No job security No future planning No promotion and salary increment. No work life balance

good originations company getting good response in the market when we approaching the Product in the name of kajaria .

regarding plywood i am very Disappointed about the Quality, After very handwork and follow-up we getting appointment , After getting orders almost 90% of site we facing Quality Issues . Every month we losing 2 or 3 contractors ageing its very Difficult to find new Contractor's .

Never Join Kajaria - it's totally pathetic company and job security is zero, management is too much arrogant and no language control... every day late timing it's upto 12am - 2am, also call on duty even on holidays and weekdays.....

I am enjoying my job profile, company culture and team work gives me high job satisfaction . company has great special perks like domestic and foreign trip policy.

Only one thing always disturbing mind ie company not having their own production house

Not happy with this company because of Many reasons. 1. Not support with any one senior for everywhere (sites, Project) 2. Company culture depends only on tiles. 3.skill devloped is Zero here. 4. job security is here 0% .
