Being a Brand everyone will like to work but politics and work environment is poor. I like the feel good factor when you say that you are associated with No 1 company of India.

Dislikes

In house Politics, Job security, compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths. I regularly get appreciation from the market for my performance, but they mostly go unnoticed due to few Dealers closed to management. So i say that Kajaria is Dealer oriented company.

...s was very good but now a few days working stylish not a good higher management are torching for lower worker lower worker salary is very low and higher management person salary very high and they are cutting the salary of lower working is the very very good point of

Nowadays company are cutting the salary of lower workers because higher work salaries and their cutting for lower not given the good facilities to hire not giving for lord of the first lady I cut

Work culture , supporting team, No sale pressure, healthy compititive Environment, and all Bosses are not Bosses they are LEADER

Salary at the position of Sr.Area manger is very low comparative to other companies

Work culture, Salary Compensation, Self Learning in the system, Care of their employees are some points which define kajaria something different from other companies in the same industry

Team work, support from seniors , good hr policies for employees and friendly environment.

Dislikes

Their salary appraisal structure was the hing which I dislike, they give increment out of which 70% is variable which is to be linked to performance and 30% increment in take home.
