Nowadays company are cutting the salary of lower workers because higher work salaries and their cutting for lower not given the good facilities to hire not giving for lord of the first lady I cut

Work culture , supporting team, No sale pressure, healthy compititive Environment, and all Bosses are not Bosses they are LEADER

Salary at the position of Sr.Area manger is very low comparative to other companies

Team work, support from seniors , good hr policies for employees and friendly environment.

Dislikes

Their salary appraisal structure was the hing which I dislike, they give increment out of which 70% is variable which is to be linked to performance and 30% increment in take home.

...tmosphere to work with the company. A lot of learning mathade about workmanship. There are no issue with salary and appraisal. It was providing on time.

Dislikes

As I already written in previously there are no issue with company. The top management was very good but middle management harresed. There are more politics in middle management.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
