No Indian Holidays • Sometimes people work till midnight 3 or 4 am, they expect start the work at 9.30 am • Even if you are not well you have to work • They expect urgent changes done during the travelling (post the shift while going home) •

Amazing amazing place to work, only if you don’t want to work ever in your life. If you feel like that you have work life balance, well, then forget all about it. You only have to balance between the politics from your management and your own team, who somehow will play against you so best of luck. Also a lot of false promises which are never delivered and threats, they come very quickly towards you. They will fire you just because you didn’t say good morning to someone, they will say oh you are not a team player just because you didn’t stand up when the boss walk. Also, if you come late, they will cut your money, but if you stay late, you are expected to stay late and work to whatever time they deem fit for you to work.

Dislikes

From where it is located to the people to the management, the accounts department, the office, food, surroundings, desk table, everything, there is literally nothing over here that you would like. Except the lift, which is somehow fine.
