You will improve your documention & mailing skill if you are in marketing when you send offer you will be improved your communication skill with client because it's export oriented Unit .

Very high games played by old staff ( politics), you need to understand and settle yourself otherwise you will irritated. Very bad canteen facility Everyday 30 minutes more work for staff. Every types of deduction they have. No-one will hear you except their intrest

As a systematic work company is good. One can learn new things new developed kaizen etc.

Dislikes

Bad at management side. And salary increment is not much. One will get half of CTC on hand. So we can say " big name flop show"
