They have made work place very good. Their cab facility for employees is good. Salary hike and increment is good.

Dislikes

No hybrid or WFH. Manager’s attitude is not ok for employees, even after multiple complaints they didn’t hear. They don’t have their own HR all are third party. They do have understand pain of employees.

Good ambience and work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Then don't know how to mange the skill and workforce properly. They hire you for something and give you a complete different work. The management should cautious, how to handle these things.

Likes

It is an excellent place to work (Los Angeles). Los Angeles has excellent amenities such as Santa Monica Beach, Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills etc. Los Angeles also has excellent weather.Kaiser Permanente is the largest HMO in USA and well established in USA. It has the potential to provide a long term i.e. if it does not outsource or does not go back on the promises it made. Its senior leaders, managers need mentoring on employment contracts, ethics, integrity.

Dislikes

They outsourced the project to TCS in 2003 much before we could get and in fact did not get the green card they had promised.They promised green card and relocated from India to USA in 2000, made us purchase house, car, virtually invest all the salary they paid to us and much earlier than we could get the green card they outsourced project to TCS, went slow on our green card, made it difficult to get even the yearly h1b extension, salary hikes, promotions were slow or non-existent unless you are related to the managers or from their language or did some household work for the manager during weekends etc
