Work culture,job security is excellent but motivational factors are very less which is essential for self growth and organization's growth.

Dislikes

In any organisation employee requires professional growth, which I found very less here.Employee's satisfaction must be the first concern for any management which is ignored often. Motivational factors are negligible. New joinees at times supercede by show casing false impression, which higher authorities needs to understand .

the working environment kairali school is very good , there is respect for each other and everyone is given opportunity to rise.The authorities are coperative and helpful.I got the opportunity to serve this institution and I feel proud to be the teacher of this school.

Dislikes

The only thing school is lacking certain benefits such medical, transport allowance, EL not provide to the teachers .
