The salary never gets credited on time and they give huge targets every week even if you achieve that they will never pay you incentives. So there is not much of will to work as there is no satisfaction in what you do and the company is just running because of there retreat and other sub companies are doing losses.

Some people are very bad in organisation they have created there own group if someone not get fixed in their group they just start targeting and make sure individual left the organisation specially HR , marketing manager

There is nothing much but the employees are now so good to changes previously they weren’t

The Management is very rude to the employees, almost they're treated as their in house servants, they need to understand and learn how one should behave while he is dealing with educated professionals coming for decent families, You hire someone on a job that doesn't give you the authority to misbehaved or abuse the person because you're paying him a salary.

Working as Snr Consultant Ayurvedic Physician is good, but my advise to Kairali group is don't give your franchise to Non-Ayurveda people.

Purely need Professional skill developed administrators to Organize. Unprofessional are handling franchise and making nonsense in maintaining brand value low.
