Standardizing the process would ensure a more equitable evaluation for all employees. Improving these aspects of the appraisal process would contribute to higher employee satisfaction and a more motivated and engaged workforce. It's disheartening when appraisals seem to favor those who engage in flattery or "chamchagiri" rather than those who demonstrate genuine performance and dedication.

I have not got any support from the organisation during COVID times. In fact, I was asked to leave during covid without giving any proper reason.

Dislikes

The organisation has a patriarchal culture and there is no respect for people. Everyone is badly treated by the owners.
