The replacement of of employee has been done by double salary of previous employee yet new employee left the organisation within 6 months. There is also discrimination in many ways such as: Accounts department works only 8 hrs while others works 9 hrs. There is very strict timing schedule, if get late by a second (09:00:01) you will be penalized by 25% of salary deduction for same day. The senior and old staff meet the higher authority and get their penalty waived, while junior and old staff whose salary is much less, we have have penalized.
