The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high- quality product and has a global client bas. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Sometime,I have to work 12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night.

It seems like a Government organization working in traditional ways, too slow and lethargic. Quality is not up to the mark (only Japanese perception is present). Difficult to convince people to buy products due to the high cost of products. Every 1 or 2 months, they launch products with very few quantities, and management doesn't focus on a few products. Top Management is really a failure Poor HR policies, it seems the HR dept. has unskilled people here, alteration rate is too high, especially in the sales dept. in this company, but the HR dept. doesn't have the plan to retain the employees

Overall i am satisfied with Kai India. But problem is that Kai is new company no any marketing demand of it's products. But in future I hope demand will increase.
