As a Merchandiser this is my first workplace. I have learned a lot of things in this organisation. As a Merchandiser, a person can learn everything in this company. Starting from gray fabrics ordering, rfd, dyeing, printing, stentring, sample development processes, costing, mailing, cutting, embroidery process, stitching, finishing, packing, ending with Final Inspection. As a work place I can say this is great place, M.D. / Proprietor of this organisation is so supporting.

Only one thing which we can dislike is ERP system, Kagzi doesn't have ERP system at their organisation.
