... and i am corona positive, in store test, no one can call and ask for health....Cant give salary.....

Salary time is not stable, If salry time is 10, Company give on salary after 15 and 16 of the month.... In lockdown, company pay 50% and after lockdown give only 60% of salary...with 1 year agreement.... No Incentive given by company....

Purely lala base company... poor service no spare parts available on time , customer facing problem long time, due to service market declined kaff. For a part of employee nothing nothing... no promotion... bahut kuch ha likhna ko ... bus ek hi baat ... jab kuch option no ho jab jana or saath other option searching karna

I worked for 4 brands in my 13 years of sales experience, the worst company to work. I don't recommend kaff to my enemy also. Hr people are uneducated, Their mind runs how to sac peoples. Brand is not working on their weakness. Brand acceptance is very low. All the employees slowly slowly left this company. Very insure job. The best part they are not doing full and final of employees, many such cases are pending. If they want they can sac people, if someone want to move on (Resign) they harsh and don't except resignation.

Poor organization, hope less ,non trust worth.joun on your risk . company it's a big big Lala company ,HR is hopeless big wala ..... You will nit receive expenses on time ,incentive are dream shown in CCT . Please join at your risk....Flop company.
